These terms apply when you use quietmilestones.com or buy one of our digital products. By purchasing, you agree to them.

1. Our products

Quiet Milestones sells digital downloads: PDF guides, social stories, printable visual supports and editable templates. Nothing is shipped. After payment you receive a download link by email.

2. Payments

Orders are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as our online reseller and merchant of record. Lemon Squeezy handles payment, sales tax or VAT where applicable, and invoicing. Their buyer terms also apply to your purchase. Prices are in US dollars.

3. License

When you buy a product, you get a personal, non-transferable license to:

• Download, print and edit the files for use with your own child and family.
• Print and share pages with your child's teachers, therapists and school staff to support your child.

You may not resell, redistribute, upload publicly or share the files (edited or not) with other families, groups or organizations. Professionals who want to use our materials with multiple clients can write to us about a professional license.

4. Not medical, psychological or legal advice

Our products are educational and organizational resources written by parents. They are not medical, psychological, therapeutic or legal advice and do not replace guidance from a qualified professional. Always talk to your child's doctor about health concerns, including puberty, menstruation and hygiene. You are responsible for deciding what is appropriate for your child.

5. Refunds

See our refund policy. In short: full refund within 14 days of purchase.

6. Intellectual property

All content, text, illustrations and designs are owned by Quiet Milestones and protected by copyright. Buying a product gives you a license to use it as described above, not ownership of the content.

7. Limitation of liability

Our products are provided "as is." To the maximum extent allowed by law, Quiet Milestones is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. The version published on this page on the date of your purchase applies to that purchase.
