Why this exists

Most puberty books aren't written for how autistic girls learn.

They rely on hints, jokes and "you'll just know." Many autistic girls need the opposite: exact words, predictable steps and time to practice before the change arrives.

Literal language

Every page says exactly what happens and what to do. No metaphors to decode.

Step by step

Routines are broken into small visual steps she can check off and repeat.

Before, not after

A plan for introducing each topic early, so the first period isn't a surprise.

A note from the creator

I'm the parent of an autistic teenage girl. When puberty started, I couldn't find material that spoke to her the way she understands the world: directly, calmly, one step at a time. So I made it, tested it at home, and kept what worked.

This kit is what I wish someone had handed me two years earlier.
