We collect as little as possible, and we never sell your information.

What we collect

• When you buy: your purchase is handled by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. They collect your name, email, billing country and payment details. We receive your name, email and order details so we can deliver your download and support you. We never see or store your card number.
• When you contact us: the name, email and message you send, so we can reply.
• When you browse: our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for security and troubleshooting.

What we don't collect

We don't ask for information about your child's diagnosis or health, and you don't need to share it to buy or use our products.

How we use your information

• To deliver your purchase and send receipts.
• To answer your questions and handle refunds.
• To send product updates for kits you've bought. If we ever send a newsletter, it will be opt-in only and every email will include an unsubscribe link.

Advertising and measurement

We may run ads on platforms such as Google and Pinterest and use their measurement tools to understand which ads bring visitors. If we add these tools, we'll list them here and, where required, ask for your consent first.

Who we share it with

Only the services we need to run the shop: Lemon Squeezy (payments and file delivery), our web host and our email provider. We don't sell or rent your personal information.

Your rights

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Write to hello@quietmilestones.com and we'll respond within 30 days. Some order records must be kept for tax and accounting reasons.

Children

Our website and products are intended for parents and caregivers. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
