Refund policy

We want every family to feel good about their purchase. If a kit isn't right for you, we'll refund you.

14-day refund

You can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date, for any reason. You don't need to explain why, although your feedback helps us improve.

How to request a refund

• Email hello@quietmilestones.com with the email address you used at checkout and your order number (it's in your receipt).
• We'll confirm within 2 business days and process the refund through Lemon Squeezy, our payment provider.
• The refund goes back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take 5 to 10 business days to appear.

After 14 days

Because our products are digital downloads that can't be returned, we generally can't offer refunds after 14 days. If you had a technical problem, such as a file that won't open or a broken download link, write to us at any time and we'll fix it or send a new link.

Duplicate purchases

If you bought the same product twice by mistake, tell us and we'll refund the duplicate, no matter when it happened.

Merchant of record

Our orders are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as reseller and merchant of record. Refunds are issued through their system and will appear on your statement under the Lemon Squeezy name.
